“Three shots. Three lives lost.” – “We all need to read this!” –
Renia Spiegel, the “Polish Anne Frank”, her fate and diary featured in exhibitions in Slovenia.

Following research into a production of *The Diary of Anne Frank* in Celje, based on interviews with Łukasz Paprotny, the Head of Mission at the Polish Embassy in Slovenia, and his colleague Bogumiła Płachtej regarding the story of Renia Spiegel, her diary and the exhibition concept; and following discussions at Starše Primary School near Maribor, where pupils and their teacher presented the exhibition to the public, as well as with the management of the Maribor Synagogue Memorial, with whom the exhibition had previously been organised and presented on two occasions.
